All returned bedframes will incur a £90 collection charge unless deemed faulty

All goods must be wrapped in the original packaging before being returned, no goods will be collected if unwrapped as goods get damaged in transit

All deliveries are to ground floor only, we do not deliver good upstairs. (If you live in a flat we deliver to the ground floor of the building only) Unless you have selected Premium Service Delivery Service then we deliver to a room of your choice.

Any custom orders are strictly no return i.e. request for taller headboard
